From Pins to Perfection: Keeley & Wes' Spring Wedding Real Pinterest Inspirations

March 15, 2018

So many people use Pinterest to plan their weddings and build inspiration for the special day of their dreams. But how does it all come to life? It’s exciting to see how ideas went from pins to perfection when they finally say “I do.”  Keeley and Wes used their Pinterest board to inspire and shape special details of their day. Here’s how their pins looked in real life:

This stunning cake topper, inspired by Frank Sinatra’s classic lyrics, was one that Keeley pinned here. It really worked well with the copper in her overall theme.

The elegant tulip bouquets that Keeley pinned became the inspiration for the classy and delicate bridesmaid bouquets. Keeley pinned different colored tulips but ultimately decided on these pure white blooms.

You can see the pink floral inspiration that was reflected on the boutonniere pinned to Wes’ lapel in the original pin from their pin board.

The delicate floral crown worn by the adorable flower girl below was one that Keeley pinned when she was planning, even down to the blush pink and white coloring.

Keeley and Wes had guests sign their wine bottle, just like they saw on Pinterest in this pin.  She beautifully replicated the framed chalkboard as well to announce their creative guest book alternative.

The pure white centerpieces at the head table were pinned with care by Keeley. The signs on the backs of the chairs were made from a reference in this pin conceptually, but with a more rustic feel.

The tulips Keeley pinned made another appearance in some of the other centerpieces at the reception, only in white.

Pinterest can be a great tool in planning your wedding and can really help you tie all of your thoughts together into a cohesive theme that will be both visually appealing and memorable. Congratulations Keeley and Wes, your day was the pin-nacle of beauty and grace!
